What if I do not have the ability to access the InfoSnap Online Registration? (ie., no computer/tablet/mobile access, limited internet resources, etc.) Computers and assistance will be available at open house for the purpose of online registration. A computer and assistance is also available at the Board of Education Office (750 S. Fourth Avenue, Sidney) year-round. Additionally, the Amos Memorial Public Library offers computers to library card holders (all free).
The district recommends using Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or Safari web browsers to comlete your InfoSnap Online Registration.
Do I have to answer all the questions? Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
What if I make a mistake? If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons or if you are on the Review page click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form you will need to contact your student’s school so they can make the changes for you.
If my address changes throughout the school year, do I login to InfoSnap to make changes? No, if any contact or emergency medical information changes throughout the school year, please contact your building secretary to note the changes. They will modify your child's information.
Do I need to upload documents? Document upload will be completed by the office staff for current students. New students will need to provide building secretaries with these documents when registering. If you have the ability to upload these documents, we encourage you to do so.
I’ve completed the form, now what? Once you have finished entering your information click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another. This will allow you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.
